At LuckyDeal, we work to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. We currently provide shipping services across India.

We offer Standard Shipping for eligible orders. The courier and delivery partner may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be shared with you through WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, the tracking information will be provided to you through WhatsApp.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active or update after shipment.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volumes, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.

7. Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery address provided by the customer, any additional re-delivery or shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Payment

We currently accept online payments only. Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
